Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Device
Place the electronic device in its original packaging with all included sensors, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure a valid return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
