The commercial quality, stainless steel probe measures internal food temperature during cooking and features a 3 ft. 700ºF heat resistant cord. Easy-set rotary dial lets you select one of the USDA recommended temperature presets or set your own temperature or time. When the target food temperature or time is reached the wireless pager alerts with sound, light and vibration. The thermometer also features a countdown / count up kitchen timer.
